Privacy notice

Published 12 October 2026.

Who we are. Inclined Access is the trading name of Dom Hyams, a sole trader. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at hello@inclinedaccess.com.

What we collect and why. If you email us, we hold your email address, your name if you give it, and what we write to each other, so we can answer you and do business with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business and, where a conversation leads to work, taking steps towards or performing a contract.

This version of the website does not collect newsletter signups. We will update this notice before enabling them.

The site itself is static. Our hosting provider processes visitors’ IP addresses and standard request logs to deliver and protect the site.

Who processes data for us.

Optional website analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand where visitors come from and which parts of the site are useful. It collects a pseudonymous cookie identifier, pages visited, referral source, device and browser information, approximate location and interactions such as contact and ramp-link clicks, sections viewed and privacy-notice opens. Google processes the IP address to derive approximate location but does not log or store it in GA4. We do not send your name, email address, enquiry text or URL query strings to Analytics.

Our lawful basis for this analytics processing and its cookies is your consent. Analytics is off until you select Accept analytics. Reject analytics is equally available. Google advertising features and advertising consent remain off. Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) last up to two months; event and user-level data are retained for two months. Aggregate reports may remain for longer.

Google LLC (Google Analytics) acts as our processor under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms. Google may process data outside the UK. Its published transfer safeguards include the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for relevant UK-US transfers and standard contractual clauses for transfers not covered by an adopted framework.

We store your accept or reject choice on this device for six months in local storage, solely to remember that choice. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting stops future analytics and deletes this site's Analytics cookies; it does not automatically delete data already collected. For rights requests, contact us as described below.

How long we keep it. Enquiry emails that don’t lead to work are kept for up to 12 months after our last meaningful contact, then deleted. Client and financial records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and in some cases to transfer it. Email hello@inclinedaccess.com and we will respond within one month. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Accessibility testing is still in progress and we are not yet claiming full conformance: automated checks currently show no violations and the site has been tested with keyboard navigation on desktop and mobile, but a full screen-reader pass is still to come.

If you encounter a barrier, email hello@inclinedaccess.com and tell us what happened. We will reply within 30 days.

If you’re not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
